Afterglow Cinema is an outdoor experience designed to be enjoyed under the open sky and will take place rain or shine whenever conditions safely allow.

Severe Weather

If severe weather (including lightning, dangerous heat, heavy rain, high winds, or other unsafe conditions) is forecast to impact the guest experience, Afterglow Cinema reserves the right to postpone, delay, pause, or cancel the event in the interest of guest safety. Whenever possible, ticket holders will receive at least 48 hours’ notice of a weather-related postponement via email and our official social media channels.

If an Event Is Postponed

Your ticket will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event date.

If you’re unable to attend the new date, please notify us within 48 hours of the postponement announcement. We’ll gladly transfer your ticket to the next eligible Afterglow Cinema event.

To ensure accurate guest counts, accommodate our waitlist, and finalize event preparations, transfer requests must be received within this 48-hour window. Once the original event date has passed, tickets will no longer be eligible for transfer due to the weather postponement.

Event Interruption

If severe weather requires the event to end before the featured film begins, ticket holders will receive a credit toward a future Afterglow Cinema event.

If the featured film has already begun, the event will be considered substantially fulfilled and no refunds or event credits will be issued.

Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. However, in the event of an Afterglow Cinema weather postponement, the transfer options outlined above will apply.

Each Afterglow Cinema ticket includes admission for TWO guests and one shared blanket seating area.

If you’re purchasing tickets for:

• 2 guests – Purchase 1 ticket

• 4 guests – Purchase 2 tickets

• 6 guests – Purchase 3 tickets

Every ticket is designed for two guests as part of our curated picnic experience.

No. Every ticket pairing includes blanket style seating. VIP guests receive theirs at their lounger along with the full welcome package.

No. Our events are designed as blanket-style picnic experiences, and all General Admission seating is on the lawn.

To preserve sight lines and ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy the film, chairs are not permitted in the viewing area. 

Guests with mobility or medical needs may contact us in advance for accommodations. Approved seating will be arranged in a designated area that maintains visibility for all attendees.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to create the best experience possible for everyone under the stars. 

Gates open at 6:30 PM for the social hour, DJ, food trucks, and vibes. Film begins at dusk. No ads, no pre-roll. Just the movie.

No outside food allowed. Food vendors will be on-site. VIP guests will have snacks and beverages waiting at their lounger. Our food trucks and concession bar will be open throughout the evening.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted at Afterglow Cinema events. This helps us maintain a clean, relaxed lawn environment and ensures an enjoyable experience for everyone.
